Who we are
This website is operated for Dr Jon Swan's private cardiology practice, Manchester Cardiology Services Ltd, Newbury Place Health Centre, 55 Rigby Street, Salford M7 4NX. We are the controller of personal data you send us through this site.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the reason for your enquiry and any message you choose to write. Please don't include detailed medical information in the form; this can be discussed at your appointment.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before providing care (and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Who processes it
Your enquiry is delivered to the practice by email using our email delivery provider (Resend), and our form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf under their data-processing terms and may do so outside the UK using approved safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we use website analytics, it is a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies or track you across sites.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, if you become a patient, in line with medical record retention requirements.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Contact the practice using the details on our contact page.
